Hey everyone for this week’s
blog I will be discussing CRM which stands for Customer Relationship
Management. I will be sharing my experiences with the Trailhead website and
sharing the knowledge I have learned while also commenting on the website itself as
a learning and training tool.
My experience with Trailhead was good, they offer an excellent free service to develop people's knowledge on CRM, Salesforce has offered this website to the public to make CRM more accessible and enable people to develop their CVs.
What I have Learned!
Automotive Cybersecurity
Cars have always been a love of mine but never thought about the cybersecurity side of a car and did not even realize it was a thing. I learned that when a car is connected through a CAV (Connected Autonomous Vehicle) this system gathers data from other cars that are also connected and provides the driver with traffic information, remote diagnostics, and infotainment. Automotive cybersecurity is different from IT security as its main concern is to protect the driver and passengers whereas IT the goal is to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information and systems.
How Data + AI + CRM
This caught my interest as AI is a new technology that is changing the world at the minute. AI is used in the CRM to increase its sales through automated emails, improves customer service through auto-generated responses, and is also used as a marketing tool to analyze e-commerce data. At the end of each module, there is also a test your knowledge quiz which earns points and helps with the learning procedure. To test if you have retained the information you read

Overall, Trailhead was a very informative site, in
an easy-to-learn way, offering a free learning platform and quizzes to test your
knowledge.
